NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY

Due to the nature of placenta encapsulation services, all deposits and payments are non-refundable.

When you book your placenta encapsulation service, your reservation holds space in our on-call schedule, reserves supplies, and secures availability around your estimated due date. For this reason, refunds cannot be issued for cancellations, changes in birth plans, early deliveries, late deliveries, hospital policies, personal circumstances, or decisions not to utilize the service after booking.

Please Note:

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Once placenta processing has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• If the placenta is determined to be unsuitable for encapsulation due to infection, contamination, improper storage, hospital disposal, or other contraindications, service fees may be applied toward alternative placenta keepsake services at the provider's discretion.

• Failure to notify the provider of birth within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of services without refund.

• No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction based on expected outcomes, as no specific health benefits are guaranteed.

By purchasing placenta encapsulation services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this non-refundable policy. Your payment serves as acceptance of these terms.

Please note:

• Placenta encapsulation services are not medical care or medical treatment.

• No specific outcomes or benefits are guaranteed.

• Individuals with certain infections, pregnancy complications, or placental abnormalities may not be eligible for encapsulation services.

• It is the client's responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions or concerns prior to service.

• Proper storage and handling of the placenta before transfer is required to reduce the risk of contamination.

• The provider reserves the right to decline services if the placenta is deemed unsuitable for processing.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

• You are voluntarily choosing to have your placenta prepared for personal consumption.

• You understand the potential risks associated with placenta consumption.

• You have reviewed all service information and had the opportunity to consult with your healthcare provider if desired.

• You release Pretty Girls Survival Inc. and its representatives from liability arising from the use or consumption of your encapsulated placenta.

By checking the acknowledgment box and completing payment, you agree to these terms and accept full responsibility for your decision to utilize placenta encapsulation services.
